What plants do I have at my property? Get an inventory from us.

Do you have property, maybe a couple acres? Have you wondered what trees grow on your land? Have your kids asked, is that poisonous? Are any of those berries or nuts or leaves edible?

If so, contact Herron Environmental Services, LLC to do a botanical inventory of your property for a couple hundred dollars. We can walk the property together or I can walk it solo taking an inventory of all plants of significance. I can provide a digital inventory of what is growing where, and guide you on what to avoid (poisonous) or consider removing (invasive), and what plants of cultural and food or medicinal significance are growing.

Dr. Herrron has over 20 years experience in Michigan and Great Lakes flora, teaching Ethnobotany field courses for U of M for over 12 years, Ferris State Plants and Fungi, Ecology, and Mycology courses for over 15 years.

Now, you can bring those skills and experience to your home property that you want some professional help on what is growing and what you might do with your plant inventory.

Contact Dr. Scott Herron to have a conversation and see if you qualify and can get your plant inventory yet this year (before all goes dormant).
